16-in 26-out PLC Control Board Guide

Overview

This is a rapid-development PLC that uses Chinese-instruction programming. It provides 16 digital inputs and 26 digital outputs (8 direct open-drain outputs, 2 passive outputs, and 16 digital open-drain outputs). HMI, USB, RS232 and RS485 are on board, so it can talk to encoders, a host PC, a serial display or a VFD.

No English source code is required. Timing loops and conditional logic in Chinese are enough to get automation running, for industrial sites, training labs and smart-home work.

Precautions

Do not use the board in damp, high-temperature, flammable or explosive environments.
Cut power before installation, wiring or maintenance to avoid shock or damage.
Do not open or modify the internals without approval; this can affect performance and safety.
If the board smokes, makes unusual noise or smells burnt, cut power at once and have it serviced.
Output protection: never short or overload the outputs; the drivers can burn.
Communication: before RS485, match A/B polarity with the remote device. Reverse wiring can damage the port. Keep RS232 cable under 15 m.
Power: if you use a switching supply, keep the output stable and earth it properly. Check every connection before power-up.
